the staff accommodated late arrival. the hotel provided after-hours access information, and the keys were ready. this helped after my flight CANCELLATION. the bed provided good comfort.

I loved the proximity to the central station! it was so easy to get around. the staff was helpful and let me leave my bags after checkout so i explored more before heading out. i really appreciated the complimentary water and coffee in the room. The bed was super comfy too!
the wifi was a tad spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my visit.

the location was acceptable because it was convenient for termini station.
i had a problem with the air conditioning. i complained at reception every day that it was not working. staff said maintenance would check but i never received feedback or a room change.
